Obama Asked To Debate Demo Challenger

WASHINGTON, D.C — Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, who has filed for the Democratic Party nomination for U.S. President, has officially “thrown down the gauntlet” and is demanding that she and President Obama “debate the real issues” in an open forum.

Said Foster, “The staging for the GOP primary has left Americans gagging and gasping for shreds of sanity and solutions to the real problems which confront us as individuals, as a nation, and across the globe.

“Due to careful manipulation and pressure no relevant answers or action have been heard from the present occupant of the White House, who is expected to stand for re-election, presumably on his record and not on his looks or other irrelevancies.

” The office of President could have done much to solve the problems in the last three years. The Obama Administration failed miserably to do anything productive, continuing the politics of the previous administration. They need to leave.”

She added, “As a candidate for the Democratic nomination for President this year I am therefore challenging President Barack Obama to a debate on the real issues. Those issues are below, reflected in the platform for my campaign, which calls for a transition to a constitutional federal government.”

Pillsbury-Foster expressed doubts that Obama has the ability to debate the key issues. She said, somewhat jokingly, “It is likely Barack will refuse to debate even though the issues are easily understood and clear. If he does, the debate will likely take place online with First Dog, Bo, standing in for him. This is not rocket science. To make it equal, my son’s cat, Meow-Meow, will undertake the job.”

Pillsbury-Foster Campaign Platform /Transition To Constitutional Federal Government

Peace Now –

End corporate wars across the globe.

Support Our Military –

Bring our military home with the support needed to ensure their injuries, including PTSD and TBI, do not spell the end of their productive lives.

Save Social Security –

Ensure Social Security is not only saved but provides benefits reflecting the money entrusted and compensation for the fraud which systemically took place. – Every retiree should get as much as a member of Congress or the President from federally funded retirement.

Return to a Constitutional Federal Government –

Like the camel sneaking into the tent, the Federal government, and office of president, has assumed powers which are explicitly forbidden by the Constitution. My administration will reverse this, providing a transition to a future where the people govern themselves, as envisioned by our founders.

End Federal Income Taxes –

The constitution does not provide for this form of taxation.

Return to Sound, Constitutional, Money –

End the FED. In accordance with the Constitution, allow states to start their own banks and determine their own financial course.

Hold the Guilty Accountable and Make the Guilty Pay –

No more slaps on the wrist while the guilty are allowed to keep the loot. It must be returned to the American people to fund our transition, with interest, penalties, and punitive damages. We have the power and we can enforce the judgment.

Enforce Individual Rights –

Rescind all legislation which attempts to tell people what to do when they harm no one.

Ratify the Equal Rights Amendment

Simply justice, long overdue.

Stop Toll Roads Thru-Out U.S.

I have stated that We, the People will forever have to fight against toll road special interests and against individual state contracts with foreign toll road building companies.

Here we go again…

This has been an ongoing battle and it needs to stop.  Tell your Federal and State Senators and House Reps. that you don’t want endless toll roads.

Tell them to please support the Hutchison  ban on tolling existing STATE and FEDERAL freeways and to STRIP PPPs & TIFIA  loans OUT of the transportation bill .

It is time to do what is best for the community good and NOT only for the special interest good.  Greed and corruption continue to dominate in Congress.  It is time to stop permitting it to happen.

Say “No!!” to toll roads and road partnerships with foreign companies.  Tell your representatives to say “No!!”

Why can’t we ever learn from our previous mistakes?  Why can’t we get smart?

Hello fellow advocates,

We need your help spreading the word about the anti-taxpayer federal highway bill coming before Congress this week. It’s going to take a Texas-sized uproar to STOP Congress from selling off our infrastructure to foreign entities like Cintra (same playbook as the Trans Texas Corridor), from borrowing more money from the Federal Reserve to lend to states to prop-up toll roads that can’t pay for themselves, and from imposing tolls on existing FREEways in ALL 50 states! Considering what’s at stake, this should be THE topic on talk radio this week.

If you have contacts outside Texas, we need their help in spreading the word to the grassroots across America about this horrible highway bill dubbed the American Energy & Infrastructure Jobs Act. For those outside Texas, they need to edit the email slightly to have people contact their own U.S. Senators instead of Cornyn as directed. The email and details are below. Call if you have any questions. You have my sincere thanks!

I think the best time to send it out is Sunday afternoon so it’s in folks’ inboxes by Monday morning when we need calls to start.

In Liberty,

– Terri

Cities Asked To Restore Due Process

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — Movements are starting throughout the United States to have cities pass resolutions in an attempt to block a law that most Americans feel is poised to destroy America, since the new law annihilates key segments of the Constitution. Some deem the law as an act of terrorism and describe it as “a monstrous illegal breach of our constitutional guarantees of due process: the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA).”

When President Obama signed the NDAA on December 31, 2011, he authorized indefinite military detention, without a trial or day in court, of anyone—even US citizens and residents—accused of a “belligerent act,” or any terror-related offense. The NDAA subjects these individuals to arbitrary detention without trial, denying the Fifth Amendment’s guarantee of due process and Sixth Amendment rights to challenge evidence and confront one’s accusers. The NDAA also violates First and Fourth Amendment rights, because the radically unconstitutional PATRIOT Act deviously expanded the definition of “material support for terrorism” to include speech and association even by defendants who neither committed nor ever intended to support violence.
Americans wanting cities to challenge the law say that “This law is brazenly and dangerously unconstitutional, a treasonous assault on our Republic and on Democracy, and a peril to each of us and our children. It overturns over 200 years of law, which has kept the military out of domestic policing (the Posse Comitatus) and opens the floodgates to a Nazi-style police state. This extremely frightening step toward tyranny for our Republic and the impending destruction of Democracy must be uncompromisingly rejected by our community.

“A video presentation by The Real News Network titled New Military Detention Powers Threatens Basic Rights explains further why Santa Cruz must reject the NDAA 2012. The

ACLU has written that any military detention of American citizens or others within the United States is unconstitutional and illegal, including under the NDAA and that the breadth of the NDAA’s detention authority violates international law because it is not limited to people captured in the context of an actual armed conflict as required by the laws of war.”Cities, counties, and even states across America have already begun mobilizing. The first resolution opposing the NDAA passed in El Paso County, CO, home of the U.S. Air Force Academy.

On Feb. 28, 2012, at the Regular Meeting of the Santa Cruz City Council (Calif.), citizens united in defense of their constitutional rights will propose the adoption of a Resolution to Protect Due Process and the Right to Trial based on a model resolution already adopted by Northampton, Mass.
