Letters To The Editor

To The Editor:

There has been lots of misleading news about what was going on at NORAD on 9/11. Did the Pentagon lie to the 9/11 Commission? Accusations are flying because NORAD

Hey! Remember When Gov. Perry Promised To Lower Our Health Care Costs?

Well, What Happened???

FYI: In November of 2005 I sent the following letter to the governor:

Dear Gov. Perry and Texas Legislators:

I am writing to thank you so much for lobbying the proposition several years ago to eliminate frivolous medical malpractice insurance lawsuits and telling Texas families that this will lower their health care and medical costs. In the past all of you elected officials have promised us so many positive changes, e.g., that you would adequately finance public schools, substantially decrease sky-high property taxes, and force the insurance industry to significantly lower the cost of home insurance after it doubled premium costs overnight several years ago.

Evidently, making promises is the easy part and keeping them is impossible?

FYI, I just received a billing statement from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. The company is raising my 8-year old son

Somewhere In Atlanta Is A Landscaper Without Gas

After years of creating ad campaigns for high-profile companies like Coca-Cola, a good friend of mine in Atlanta has decided to do what many successful advertising people do when they reach that point in their careers where they can simply LOOK at a new product and, without any hesitation whatsoever, begin to vomit:

And that, of course, is to go into the lawn care business.

An Inconvenient Administration

The Bush Administration and its foreign policies are putting American citizens in mortal danger.

Last week, 21 individuals were arrested for planning to systematically blow up 10 British jetliners bound for the United States.

It has been reported that authorities had sat on this information for months.

The question is why the delay in alerting the public?
