Blackmailing The Poor With twilight nearing, the U.S. House of Representatives late last Friday night passed the first minimum wage increase in a decade. But not until the House Republicans first poisoned the concoction with language to cut inheritance taxes on multimillion-dollar estates, which, when it all goes through the meat-grinder, results in a dilution of the purported increase of funds for the lower and middle income classes..
